Our tubes may be clogged, 2007-02-26

 The Chicago Tribune recently reported the Internet’s backbones are approaching a critical mass. I wonder what kind of market pressures will be created when all of the available capacity on the various backbones maintained by MCI/Qwest/Verizon reach capacity. Maybe we should just let the telecom providers regulate who gets to use the Inter-tubes since it’s a limited commodity.
